Your Spotlight account includes unlimited access to the platform, media ingest, multiple bit rate encode, custom players, ad insertion, distribution and analytics.

While Spotlight is a self-service platform, we’re here to help. In addition to full product documentation and searchable help topics online, a paid account includes phone and email access to our technical support team during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. PT to 5:00 P.M. PT.

Pricing

You get total access to all of Spotlight’s advanced features, no matter how much or how little you use. Pricing is based on usage and includes a monthly platform fee and a delivery per GB fee.

Delivery Fee: Varies based on usage
